DIY Microwave Popcorn!
Want to make delicious homemade popcorn with out using that pot, or without having to buy one of those 80's air poppers that you got rid of years ago! You can make great popcorn right out of your microwave and you don't have to pay more to get that stuff in the box. In my house everyone has different tastes. I go for the low fat stuff, my kids and husband like the extra movie theater butter types. Just follow the recipe you'll find from the link and you can make many different variations. I like to pop mine plain with just salt. When you don't have all that butter it can be tricky to get that salt to stick. What I do is I use whatever cooking spray we have on hand like olive oil, butter, it doesn't matter really, then I give my bowl a few quick sprays and sprinkle on salt, even garlic powder. What ever your taste buds crave! I love this idea because not only is it frugal, but it is versatile! Happy popping!
