Dinner? How About Pulled Pork

Sandwiches?













I am making these tonight for dinner! This is a very easy dinner that will please anyone in your family. Grab a pork roast from the grocery store (any cut really), grab some chicken stock, your favorite buns and barbecue sauce and your set. 

Place your pork roast in a crock pot and add enough chicken stock to completely cover it. Cook on low to high depending how much time you have. In a about two to four hours you should be able to shred your pork apart using  a fork. After you have done this add your favorite barbecue sauce and return to crock pot on low. Pile high on some buns and ENJOY!

This is one of our family's favorite dinners. We sometimes stop by our favorite barbecue restaurant and buy a pint of their signature sauce to add to the pulled pork. You can also add variation by using a spicier sauce for the adults and a sweeter sauce for the kiddos.
